We operate through our trusted brands – Home Telecom, Fleur Telecom, Eclipse Broadband, Earth Broadband, Open Fibre,  Gigabit Networks and Eze Talk  Residential– and have grown rapidly through a proven acquisition and organic growth strategy.

Today, TAL generates £26.6m in revenue with £3.1m in maintainable EBITDA (FY25) and employs 106 people, headquartered in Horsham, UK.

Key acquisitions include:

Home Telecom:

Established in 2010, Global 4 entered the residential marketplace with Home Telecom to partner up with Estate & Letting Agents across the country. We offered their tenants phone and broadband services to match the term of their tenancy agreements and were able to provide flexible arrangements to over 50,000 customers. In 2017 the company was acquired by the fastest-growing utility company – Spark Energy – who agreed to allow Global 4 to continue to manage the residential side of the business. Spark Energy and Home Telecom combined now grow their client base by 10,000 new customers every month.

Fleur Telecom:

Established in 2014. To look after customers in rural area across the UK. Traditionally only BT direct would supply to these area’s with no competition. Fleur set up as a rival and has over 33,000 properties using our service, many smaller operators that have come and gone have been acquired by us over the years.

Eclipse Broadband:

Acquired in March 2021 from KCOM, Eclipse was one of the largest broadband providers in the UK. This base included several business customer opportunities too.

Weekly Broadband:

We are using the same leading services as our other brands. We quickly identified a market place where people receive paychecks outside the regular monthly terms. Several leading high street brands that offer products on a weekly bases promptly contact us to support them in there marketing of internet TV. Still operating that model today we have since expanded through social media into the same arena and business keeps increasing.

Hive Telecom:

Acquired in July 2022 from GCI (now formally known as Nasstar), Hive Telecom was formed in 2010. This base is a residential customer base with a range of services.
