Eclipse Broadband expands high-speed internet and utility services in Hull
Eclipse Broadband is expanding its broadband and utility services in the Hull area promising more choice and reliability to both residential and business customers.
How it started:
A former KCOM company, Eclipse Broadband was acquired by the Telecoms Acquisitions Group (TAL) four years ago and now operates alongside sister brands Home Telecom, Fleur Telecom, and Earth Broadband.
“This partnership strengthens Eclipse’s position as a major supplier in the Hull region and ensures access to a broad portfolio of services,” said TAL CEO Nigel Barnett.
“Our commitment to reliable service, a diverse portfolio of brands, and dedicated local support is what truly sets us apart. We’re proud to serve the Hull community and look forward to helping even more customers stay connected.”

Barnett believes broadband suppliers fall into two categories in Hull. Infrastructure providers who lay the cables but may not supply directly to customers, and Internet Service Providers (ISPs) who offer and support these services.
“Eclipse Broadband stands out by combining deep local expertise with a comprehensive service offering,” he continued.
“As a former City of Culture, we see Hull as a great place to live and work, and our mission is to provide the utility services residents and business owners need to thrive. Our commitment to the Hull area has already seen us acquire local companies such as Open Fibre, Link Broadband, and Infinics over the last couple of years and we will continue to develop services in the area under the Eclipse Broadband banner.”
